Counseling

Counseling is provided at offices in Littleton, CO, and Hagerstown, MD. Both Hannah Morrell and Tim Lester were supervised in their training by Michael Wells and worked with him for several years. In addition, Karen Lester is also fully credentialed and was supervised in her training directly by Tim. All three counselors will give consistent ALMI Christ-centered solutions to the spiritual, emotional, and physical problems of those who come to us for help.

You can contact the counseling office of your choice directly by using the information found below.

Counseling is offered at no charge to those actively on the ALMI support team. All others will be informed of a suggested donation on a sliding scale. Checks should be made out to Abiding Life Ministries International.

Both offices offer either weekly or more intensive counseling sessions for those who have had to travel from their home elsewhere. The counselee is responsible for all travel arrangements into Denver, CO, or Hagerstown, MD.

For Hagerstown:  The nearest large airports to Hagerstown are BWI and IAD, both being a one-and-one-half-hour drive from the counseling office. The Hagerstown (HGR) airport is five minutes from the office and very reasonable to fly into. The office address is 13138 Cearfoss Pike, Hagerstown, MD. There are several hotels within five minutes of the office, and depending on availability there may be some lodging for free in local homes. Food and transportation are the responsibility of the counselee.

For Littleton: DIA is the nearest airport to the counseling office and is about a 50-minute drive away. The office address is 8191 Southpark Lane, Unit 102, Littleton, CO 80120. There are many hotels in the area and some recommendations can be made if needed. Food, lodging, and transportation are the responsibility of the counselee.
